Welcome to Bello Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our vehicle rental services in Sri Lanka. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license.

• An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required for foreign nationals.

• A copy of passport/NIC and driving license must be provided before vehicle handover.

2. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes within Sri Lanka.

• Off-road driving, racing, or towing is strictly prohibited.

• The renter is responsible for any damage due to misuse or negligence.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

• A minimum advance payment (e.g., 20–50%) is required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment must be made before or at the time of vehicle pickup.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing fees).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup.

• Bello Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund.

5. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and should be returned with the same level.

• Any shortfall in fuel will be charged accordingly.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Vehicles are covered under basic insurance including third-party coverage.

• In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify Bello Travels and local authorities.

• The renter is liable for insurance excess and uninsured damages.

7. Breakdowns & Emergencies

• In case of breakdowns, contact our 24/7 support hotline immediately.

• Bello Travels will arrange a replacement vehicle or necessary assistance as soon as possible.

8. Driver Services (If Applicable)

• If you opt for a driver, all arrangements must be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Drivers will be available for a set number of hours per day; extra hours may incur additional charges.

9. Return Conditions

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location and time.

• Late returns without prior notice may result in penalty charges.

10. Amendments

• Bello Travels reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
